I ensured to keep stock of frozen food during Lockdown because of Corona Virus spread as going out to buy veggies was not a simple task. Stayed at Home and made easy and quick wraps / rolls made from frozen food. Ensured not to consume anything raw during the spread of COVID-19, even onions should be sauteed! Instead of Chicken Seekh Kebabs you may use other frozen meats like Salami, Sausages, even Veg patty.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Wheat Roti / Tortilla, Frozen Seekh Kebabs, Sambel Chilli Garlic Sauce, half diced red onion, Maggi hot and sweet sauce, grate cheese if required to make it cheesy. #StayAtHome
