In this video, we are making one minute mug cake. This is a very easy, yummy and spongy eggless cake recipe, made in microwave. It is a quick recipe, hardly takes less than 5 minutes for preparation and 1 minute for cooking. You can also make a healthier version by adding banana, wheat flour, and yogurt.
Flour / Maida – 3 tbsp, Chocolate Flavour Protein Powder / Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp, Sugar – 1 1/2 tbsp, Baking Powder – 1.5 pinch, Milk – 1 cup, Ghee / Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp, Salt – 1 pinch, Vanilla essence – 2 drop, Dry Fruits – Cranberry and Almonds

I ensured to keep stock of frozen food during Lockdown because of Corona Virus spread as going out to buy veggies was not a simple task. Stayed at Home and made easy and quick wraps / rolls made from frozen food. Ensured not to consume anything raw during the spread of COVID-19, even onions should be sauteed! Instead of Chicken Seekh Kebabs you may use other frozen meats like Salami, Sausages, even Veg patty.
2 Wheat Roti / Tortilla, Frozen Seekh Kebabs, Sambel Chilli Garlic Sauce, half diced red onion, Maggi hot and sweet sauce, grate cheese if required to make it cheesy. #StayAtHome

Quick Recipe to make Healthy and Creamy White Sauce Pasta
Uploaded a Quick Recipe on YouTube! Relish Home-made White Sauce Creamy Cheesy Pasta at home with this quick recipe. I have used durum wheat semolina pasta which is very healthy. It’s very easy to make! Do comment below how you like your pasta or if you like adding any other veggie in your pasta.
INGREDIENTS: BOILING: 2 cups Pasta (200 gms), Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Olive oil
VEGETABLES: 1/2 tsp Olive oil, 1/2 onion chopped, 3 small button mushrooms, 2 broccoli
SAUCE: 2 tsp butter, 3 tsp all purpose flour (maida), 3-4 cups milk, Salt 1/2 tsp, black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, oregano, grate cheese if required to make it cheesy.

Celebrations are incomplete if we live only for ourselves. Let’s be thankful to the Lord for whatever we have because sometimes we do not realise that many people don’t even have the basics and are unable to live on their own and have to rely on someone else even to feed themselves. Saw some disabled and underprivileged orphan children who are facing life in the toughest way! Let’s light up someone else’s life and believe in giving a part of the blessings we receive! Sharing is Caring! ♥️
For some people this might sound like a lecture but until we share a part of our blessings with others who are suffering and bring happiness to their lives even by small acts our lives will remain incomplete. So let’s aim in doing good deeds and thank God for all the blessing we have received. Also let us Pray for the World 🙏 since many countries are facing social calamities, virus outbreak, etc. ♥️
