Thereafter, I also tried Aerial Yoga which demanded greater control over body. It increases full-body flexibility and strength. The hammock itself allows you to go deeper into the stretches and poses, further enhancing full-body flexibility #AerialYoga. This might look easy but was very difficult.

Realizing all the benefits, I encouraged my Mom also to start practicing Yoga. This International Yoga Day, I would like every individual to attend Yoga sessions and practice the same.
