North Indian Food from Masala Story by Punjabi By Nature

Since I was craving for some North Indian food, I ordered some delectable dishes from The Masala Story by Punjabi By Nature. Delivery was on time and items were packed and sealed properly in boxes. All the items were labeled.

Had their Non-Vegetarian Celebration Combo. For starters, I had Chicken Kastoori Kebab and Paneer Tikka. For the main course, Paneer Makhani, Chef’s Special Mutton Curry, Yellow Dal Tadka and Murgh Hyderabadi Biryani. Had the main course with Garlic Naan, Butter Naan and Pudina Prantha. Ended this fabulous meal on a sweet note with Gur Ki Kheer, Phirni and Shahi Tukda.

Absolutely loved the whole combo especially Chicken Kastoori Kebab which was succulent, Chef’s Special Mutton Curry was thick and luscious curry and Gur Ki Kheer just melted in mouth. These are a must try!!

Quality of food is commendable and quantity was great as well. Highly recommend Masala Story’s Celebration boxes, these are perfect for this festive season. This combo is sufficient for 3-4 people.

Hotel is connected to the International/Domestic airports and local Metro Station.Celebrated my Birthday at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown located in Gurgaon. I stayed in their Executive Guest Room / Club King room and enjoyed their 30 hours #Staycation offer which includes:

The room was spacious, classy and had a plush featherbed, work area and a sofa. It is well-equipped with amenities like LCD TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, marble bathroom and 24-hour room service. The hotel staff is polite and room service is flawless. I treated myself with delicious international cuisine at their cozy restaurant called Downtown Kitchen and Bar. Their Chilli Chicken and Lal Maas cannot be missed!! Their dinner buffet is no less and is sumptuous. Also not to forget the wide range of desserts and cakes. These are a must try. They have dining space outside in the garden as well called the Courtyard Grill.

The gymnasium, outdoor pool and wellness spa were closed adhering to Covid-19 precautionary measures. Continuous sanitization and safety measures were taken. The stay was extremely safe.

Even though it is a four-star hotel, room rates are very reasonable and light on the pocket. Also would recommend to make use of their Staycation package.

Make Desi Egg Pav Sandwich | Burger Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Ideas at Home

Egg and Chicken Pav Burger is a very easy and delicious snack to prepare when you want to cook something quick yet healthy. This Pav is same as the one we have as Pav Bhaji. You can also cook this as breakfast. In order to make this on the heavier side; you can add potato, corns, etc. For fillings, I have added potato, cabbage, capsicum; you may add as per your choice and depending on the ingredients available in your kitchen. If you are vegetarian then follow the same procedure, just skip salami and egg or add Paneer instead.

Ingredients : 2x Pav, potato, cabbage, capsicum, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt, cooking oil, cheese spread, chilli sauce, ketchup, onion, tomato, chicken salami, egg, grated cheese and oregano (optional)

When substitute for meat and milk being high in protein and calcium controls those extra kilos that meat and milk adds due their high amounts of saturated fats. The high dietary fiber contents of nuts keeps our digestive track clean and boosts energy for more work out.
  4. Improves memory: The anti-oxidants found in nuts helps remove the toxins and heavy metals that clog our brain and improves memory and concentration.
  5. Fights cancer: Due to presence of toxins in our body the cells starts dividing unnaturally causing cancer. The anti-oxidant properties of nuts helps to get rid of body toxins and let the cells remain healthy, hereby, reduce the risks of cancer development.
