I always thought Yoga is another fancy word in the world of fitness which made me quite skeptical if Yoga will be of any advantage to me but since it was being promoted on a regular basis, it increased my curiosity to atleast try one session of Yoga. I am glad I did that since I felt refreshed.
Over the years, Yoga has helped my body in gaining flexibility, building strength, being stress-free, energetic and remain fit. Thereafter, I also tried Aerial Yoga which demanded greater control over body. It increases full-body flexibility and strength. The hammock itself allows you to go deeper into the stretches and poses, further enhancing full-body flexibility #AerialYoga. This might look easy but was very difficult.
Realizing all the benefits, I encouraged my Mom also to start practicing Yoga. This International Yoga Day, I would like every individual to attend Yoga sessions and practice the same.
If you want to genuinely lose fat, you must make some lifestyle changes as well as a total commitment. You may ask what if you are too busy? Healthy eating habits are essential for leading a disease free life. However, this is something that people with busy professionals and lives can achieve. A busy social life and juggling a career is not easy and just getting some time to eat healthy can be difficult. More often, you eat whatever foods come into your hand, something easy and quick hack you could just pop in the microwave or oven or get a takeaway. Even if you out to a restaurant for lunch or dinner, you might as well eat smart, like ordering for fresh fruit juice instead of chocolate shake.
So how could busy professionals eat healthy meals and still carry on their daily activities? Well, healthy eating is essential to lead a healthy life. The secret is planning! Plan your diet and eat healthy foods, this will really help you even if you have a busy lifestyle.
Schedule a block of time – Each week, (the day may change each week) take inventory of what you currently have, create a meal plan or have Inspiring Health prepare one for you. Make your shopping list and go shopping. When you return from the store, clean, cut and prepare single servings of fruit or veggies. Make one or two items in the oven and place in separate containers to freeze and / or put in the refrigerator. This may seem like a lot, but it can be done in about 3-4 hours at a time. This will save you lots of time during the week, where you will be just heating up your food and not having to prepare everything during the week.
Eat Real Foods- Even if you are busy, try to plan your meal timings accordingly and eat fresh fruits, vegetables and eat easy to cook food. This will surely help you to offer a good diet and make you feel energetic whole day.
Protein shakes- keep fresh fruit juice, protein shakes handy, and this will truly help you with your diet. This will give you nutritional value and health benefits.
Change your habits- by eating healthy foods, you can change your taste for foods. Avoid craving for junk foods, instead of it change your eating habits, and eat healthy meals. The more you healthy, the more your body tells you that it wants healthy foods. Instead of that sugary milk tea, have green tea instead.
Drink more water and make sure to drink fresh juices and fresh fruits. Healthy Eating Habits have the potential to alter a person’s body and overall personality for the better. Regular consumption of a nutritious and healthy diet has always proven to have a positive impact on a person’s lifestyle and physical appearance. By consulting a professional dietitian, you could plan your diet and get the best suggestion of healthy eating, in your busy schedule as well. There are different types of diet plans available for busy professionals and this will give you the exclusive health benefits. Plan your diet today and stay yourself healthy, even if you are a busy professional!

Tea is not just a drink, but it holds love, culture and life. It is something that connects all of us in one single bond. In India, tea is something that starts your day, keeps you moving during the day, refreshes you in the evening and finally de-stress you after a long tiring day. Over a cup of tea we discuss everything on the globe. Relations are bonded forever over a cup of tea, the most important decisions are taken over a cup of tea and much more.
Just take some time out after you read this article over a cup of tea and imagine the hard work that has gone behind getting this charismatic drink in a cup to your hand. Take a sip and imagine the workers spending hours and month to carefully nurture the plantations, carefully plucked each leaf and done everything to give you this magical moment. Take a pick on this International Tea Day, to understand what the tea workers deliver to us, what is more than a drink to us.
International Tea Day is celebrated each year since its inception in 2005 on the 15th of December to bring about awareness on the issues concerning the workers in tea-estates and tea-gardens in major tea growing nations across the world like India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
On 15th of December, 2015, tea workers and growers from 11 countries of Africa and South and East Asia gathered in New Delhi and observed the first International Tea Day to commemorate the unity and integrity of the tea industry. The aim was to specified provisions and privileges protect the interest of tea workers and smaller growers. The main purpose was to provide all basic facilities and necessary benefits to those working in tea-estates and gardens. The Indian government in 2015, proposed spreading this observance via the UN Food and Agriculture Organization to make it a bigger day being observed around the world.
It is a perfect day for everyone who loves tea to show their appreciation and gratitude to all of them involved in the entire process from plantation, processing and delivering this unmatched beverage to all people globally.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 days stay at this beautiful yet relaxing property. I also tried Aerial Yoga for the first time at Naad Wellness. It increases full-body flexibility and strength. The hammock itself allows you to go deeper into the stretches and poses, further enhancing full-body flexibility #AerialYoga. This might look easy but was very difficult and would not have been possible without the experts at Naad.
We did yoga, meditation and various therapies like Abhyanga (the most popular massage in Ayurveda done with warm oil), Shiroabhyanga (complete massage of the head, neck, and shoulders using Ayurvedic herbal oils. It promotes better sleep, body gets strengthened, improves concentration), Swedish massage (It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing), tried the Himalayan Salt Cave (inhale the dry salt-enriched air deep down into their lungs which clean the lungs, promote better breathing, healthier skin, good sleep, improve physical fitness and overall wellness), Padabhyanga (foot care is holistic and involves massaging the pressure points with herbal and medicinal oils) and much more. They have Reflexology Track (walking paths made of rocks turned on edge and closely packed together. It lowers blood pressure, stimulates reflex points, relieves stress, boosts energy)
Naad has kitchen garden with the ‘Farm to Fork’ concept and Chef Sahajan prepares most of the meals from fresh veggies and herbs plucked from their garden. Also had a cooking class with Chef and made Moong Daal Chilla. They focus on having colourful healthy food on your plate for a healthy balanced diet.

Makeup Artist Shruti Kukreja Is Taking Beauty World By The Storm And How.
The easiest way to transform yourself is through makeup. It is the best way to express yourself. And with the festive season right around the corner, a new makeup look is just what you need.
Shruti Kukreja is here to guide you to achieve the perfect base for a festive glow and that radiant lit-from-within look. Diwali is the time of the year to have fun with your makeup. Shruti Kukreja with her solid portfolio and boundless creativity is here to teach you how to be your own best MUA.
Based in Delhi, Shruti Kukreja primarily caters to bridal makeup using the best products from renowned brands like Huda Beauty, Jaclyn Hill, Nars, Tarte, Kevyn Aucoin, Lakme, MAC and more. She is extremely well-known in Delhi and famous for her stunning coral looks, non-cakey base and effortless bridal makeup. Her style is distinctly classy and subtle. She also loves experimenting with monochromatic looks. She considers makeup to be a form of art that doesn’t need to adhere to any trend. She says, “Makeup is like art. An easy canvas to express yourself so use your creativity and experiment new looks. Even when I work with current trends, I never bind myself to those and always try to make something of my own. I want to teach this to everyone. Trends are for the anxious and as long as you know your colours, tones and tints, you’re good to go. I believe it’s time the industry gets an infusion of new blood into it that will shake everything up!”
Therefore, besides weddings, she has also lent her expertise in teaching makeup. She is currently teaching millennials during this pandemic. She started her career in Europe, first by joining Scandinavian Makeup Academy and then by working in Barcelona. She soon emerged as a pioneer in the world of makeup and fashion. Using the best of products and her expert skills, her work is nearly magical. It is no surprise she was popular with European clients and now she is the same with her Indian clients!
The makeup artist has now decided to share her skills by introducing her European and American techniques that are affordable, convenient and interesting. In order to provide a platform to newcomers, she is looking to teach and advance the skills of other makeup artists. For this purpose, she opened an institution named Shruti Kukreja Makeup Institute (SKMI) in Delhi. Through this initiative, Shruti is offering a wide range of basic courses from beginner courses for novices to advanced courses for professionals.

Dinner per night
Kids meals (12 and under)

The room was spacious, classy and had a plush featherbed, work area and a sofa. It is well-equipped with amenities like LCD TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, marble bathroom and 24-hour room service. The hotel staff is polite and room service is flawless. I treated myself with delicious international cuisine at their cozy restaurant called Downtown Kitchen and Bar. Their Chilli Chicken and Lal Maas cannot be missed!! Their dinner buffet is no less and is sumptuous. Also not to forget the wide range of desserts and cakes. These are a must try. They have dining space outside in the garden as well called the Courtyard Grill.
The gymnasium, outdoor pool and wellness spa were closed adhering to Covid-19 precautionary measures. Continuous sanitization and safety measures were taken. The stay was extremely safe.
Even though it is a four-star hotel, room rates are very reasonable and light on the pocket. Also would recommend to make use of their Staycation package.
