Goa is one of the best places in India to spend quality time with family. Since it was my Mom’s birthday, we decided to celebrate it on Deltin Royale Casino Cruise which is Asia’s largest floating casino. It is rated as the Best Casino in India. The cruise is stationed at one place in the River Mandovi and it does not sail. There are two entry points to reach the cruise: the main entry is in Panjim Jetty and another one is close to Candolim at RMJ Reis Magos Jetty. Both the places are easily accessible via public and private transportation. The feeder boat from the jetty or these check-in points take you to the cruise. Deltin Royale Casino is open 24*7 but the best time to visit is in the evening as the restaurant, VIP lounge (called Whiskey), Roof-Top Sky Bar and Live Entertainment starts post 7pm until 1am.

Being Asia’s largest gaming and entertainment destination, Deltin Royale is an absolute must-visit whenever you are in Goa. Covering over 50,000 sq. ft., Deltin Royale holds close to 1000 gaming positions and fabulous venues for a swanky soiree or celebrations. You can try your luck with American roulette, baccarat, teen patti, etc. Their live entertainment featuring Bollywood & International acts are extremely enjoyable.

Deltin Royale Casino has the highest number of gaming tables and has 5 levels/floors:
Level 1 – Gaming Area and Poker Room
Level 2 – Vegas Restaurant and Whiskey restaurant. Entry to Whiskey is only limited to Deltin members
Level 3 – Gaming Floor and Teen Patti Room
Level 4 – Deltin Members VVIP Gaming Room
Level 5 – Roof Top (Sky Bar)

There are different packages for the cruise with various inclusions though the rates keep changing. It is best to check the tariff section on Deltin website. The packages usually start from Rs.3000 onwards and all packages include food & drinks. If you go for an upgraded package, premium liquor brands are included.

There is Learn To Play table on Level 1 if you want to learn any game moreover there the staff at all game stations are extremely helpful in case you face any difficulty. Also they have online tutorials of all the games for guests to come prepared.

Things to remember:

No slippers, No shorts, No sleeveless for Men. An appropriate evening-wear for Women
No luggage or baggage allowed. Camera bags are not allowed. Only ladies can carry their purse
Photography and videography are not permitted on gaming floors.

My Yoga story on International Yoga Day

I always thought Yoga is another fancy word in the world of fitness which made me quite skeptical if Yoga will be of any advantage to me but since it was being promoted on a regular basis, it increased my curiosity to atleast try one session of Yoga. I am glad I did that since I felt refreshed.

Over the years, Yoga has helped my body in gaining flexibility, building strength, being stress-free, energetic and remain fit. Thereafter, I also tried Aerial Yoga which demanded greater control over body. It increases full-body flexibility and strength. The hammock itself allows you to go deeper into the stretches and poses, further enhancing full-body flexibility #AerialYoga. This might look easy but was very difficult.

Realizing all the benefits, I encouraged my Mom also to start practicing Yoga. This International Yoga Day, I would like every individual to attend Yoga sessions and practice the same.
